1030.09 “Starship Cochrane: Stagnant” a forum fiction story from Tamerlane’s site has been converted to .pdf and is in the Episodes section. It takes place at the onset of the Romulan War aboard the NCC-63.

1029.09 “Starship Endeavor” announced by Glenn Smith, author of “Solfleet” series and writer of the Phase II comics that appear in their online magazines.
